m9pp Terms & Conditions and Rules

This document is a legally binding agreement between the m9pp online gaming platform ("the Platform", "we") and any player who uses the platform ("you", "the user"). By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing any game, you acknowledge that you agree to all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, you must stop using the platform.

m9pp reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1.1 Platform Access

To use the m9pp platform, you must —

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Comply with the applicable laws of Myanmar
• Be playing with your own funds (you may not play on behalf of a third party)
• Be playing of your own free will

1.2 Scope of Services

m9pp services include football betting, Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), Slots, Shan Koe Mee, Crash Games, and all other game types available on the platform. Services may be temporarily suspended without prior notice for technical maintenance or stability purposes.

1.3 Language and Operations

All matters relating to these terms and conditions will be conducted in Burmese, and Myanmar Standard Time (UTC+6:30) is used as the official time reference.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account at m9pp. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same personal details, IP address, or payment method, we will close those accounts and refund any remaining balance after deducting bonus amounts.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. If false information is found, the account may be closed and withdrawals suspended. If your personal details change, you must notify customer service immediately.

2.3 Account Security

You must keep your login details confidential. We are not responsible if a third party accesses and plays on your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately via live chat.

2.4 Account Closure and Suspension

We may suspend an account without prior notice if the player requests it or if a terms violation is found. For voluntary closures, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

3.1 Deposit Methods

Deposit methods available at m9pp are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within one hour of the request. To withdraw —

• The player's payment method must match the registered account holder
• If a bonus is involved, the pre-set wagering requirement must be met
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed

We reserve the right to carry out checks on withdrawals made shortly after a deposit or on cases where the deposit is considered irregular.

3.3 Fraudulent Deposits

If a deposit is made using another person's payment method or through fraudulent means, we reserve the right to withhold those funds and impose a penalty. If money laundering is suspected, we reserve the right to report it to the relevant authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at m9pp can receive a 150% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving a total of 50,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks
• Example — deposit 200,000 Ks (420,000 Ks) and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving a total of 720,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks

Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fully met.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, expiry limit, eligible games, and games that do not contribute to wagering
• Players sharing the same address, IP address, or payment method may not claim a bonus more than once
• Bonuses must be played by the account holder only
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — they are credited only through placing bets
• We may change or remove bonus offers without prior notice

4.3 VIP Program

m9pp has 5 VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Levels are reached based on play activity, and cashback rates vary by level. Contact our support team for more details on VIP level requirements.

5.1 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited at m9pp —

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Opening multiple accounts from a single person to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Deliberately seeking out and exploiting game glitches or exploits
• Technical attacks that disrupt our platform
• Money laundering

If a violation of these terms is found, we may void bonuses and related winnings and suspend the account.

5.2 Fairness of Game Results

Games at m9pp use RNG (Random Number Generator) and game provider systems, so results are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by anyone. In the event of a dispute over a game result, our server logs will be the sole record used to determine the outcome, and that decision is final.

5.3 Football Betting

Bets placed on football competitions — including MNL, EPL, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF tournaments — will be settled based on the final result. If a match is cancelled or the result differs from the announced one, we will handle it according to our policy.

6.1 Player's Own Responsibility

Playing on the m9pp platform carries financial risk. Players must only play with a budget they can afford and must not play with borrowed money. Please also read our Responsible Gaming (Responsible Gaming) policy.

6.2 Our Liability Limitations

m9pp is not liable for player losses during gameplay, external network outages, third-party payment service issues, or losses caused by the player's own negligence. Bonuses will not be refunded for any downtime caused by our maintenance.

6.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for losses caused by outages or delays from third-party services (banks, payment gateways) that are not directly linked on our platform.

7.1 Personal Data

Personal data we collect is used only for managing player accounts, processing payments, and meeting legal requirements. For details, please read our Privacy Policy.

7.2 SSL Encryption

m9pp uses SSL encryption technology to protect players' financial and personal data. Personal data will never be sold to third parties — unless required by a legal authority.

Any dispute must first be raised through our customer service (24/7 live chat). If unresolved, it can be submitted in writing to our disputes department. If the player does not respond to our decision within 30 days, it will be considered accepted. Decisions will be based primarily on server logs, payment records, and game logs.

We may modify, add to, or discontinue services on this platform with or without prior notice. In the event of service termination, only verified real-money balances will be refunded — bonuses will not be returned. Any such changes will be announced on this page, and continued play will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
