ACCOUNT SAFETY

Account Security Tips

m9pp uses SSL encryption and security systems to protect every player's personal information and funds. Even so, every player should pay attention to the following points.

Protecting Your m9pp Account Security

Use a Strong Password

Use a mix of English letters and numbers, at least 8 characters. Never share it with anyone. Do not use your birthday or phone number.

Use only your own device

If you log in from a shared computer or someone else's phone, log out immediately when you are done. Do not use the browser's "Remember Me" option.

Use a secure network

Avoid logging into your account over public Wi-Fi whenever possible. Using Mobile Data or your own home network is safer.

Watch out for phishing links

Only use m9pp's official URL. Before clicking any link sent by email or message, check the URL carefully. m9pp will never ask for your password.

Change your password regularly

Change your password once every one to two months. You can do this under "Edit Personal Information" in your Dashboard. If you forget it, Live Chat can help.

Log out after playing

After every session, click "Log Out" from the menu. If your phone is lost, our 24/7 Live Chat can lock your account right away.

TROUBLESHOOT

Common issues when logging in and how to fix them

Password

Password shows as incorrect

Make sure Caps Lock is off — it is easy to get upper and lower case mixed up. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the steps in the FAQ. Contact Live Chat for further help.

Account

Account temporarily locked

Entering the wrong password too many times can trigger a temporary lock for security reasons. Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact our 24/7 Live Chat.

Page won't open or is loading slowly

Clear your browser cache and try again. Use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. If your data connection is weak, try switching to Mobile Data.

Check that the phone number registered on your account is correct. SMS delivery can take a few minutes. If the issue continues, contact Live Chat.

Update your phone's OS. If your browser is outdated, update it from the Play Store or App Store. Also try opening the site in Incognito / Private Mode.
